1. Service Cancellation

1.1. User-initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service request before a Partner has been assigned to your request, you may do so through the Platform. No cancellation fees will be charged for such cancellations.

1.2. Partner-initiated Cancellation: In the event that a Partner is unable to fulfil a service request due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, unavailability), Bharat Mechanic will promptly notify you of the cancellation and make efforts to reschedule the service at your convenience.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• User-initiated cancellations made before a Partner has been assigned to the request.
• Partner-initiated cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances preventing service fulfilment.

2.2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

2.3. Non-refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as convenience fees charged by third-party payment processors, are non-refundable.
